Are your silicone products food-grade and safe for babies?

Yes! All of our silicone products are made from 100% food-grade silicone that is free from BPA, PVC, and other harmful chemicals. They are safe for babies and toddlers to use during mealtimes.

What ages are your feeding products suitable for?

Our feeding range is designed for babies and toddlers, generally from around 6 months and up. Products like our suction plates and bibs are ideal for baby-led weaning and self-feeding stages.

How do I clean the silicone products?

All of our silicone products are easy to clean — simply wipe down with a damp cloth or wash with warm soapy water. They are also dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).

Will the suction plates stay on the table?

Our suction plates are designed with a strong suction base that works best on smooth, flat surfaces such as highchair trays and dining tables. They may not stick as well on textured or uneven surfaces.

Do the pram and car organisers fit all prams and cars?

Our pram organiser is designed with a universal fit and adjustable straps to suit most prams and strollers. Our car back-seat organiser fits most standard car headrests with adjustable straps — no tools required.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged?
