We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luumeva products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To start a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
